The executive chefs at Saskia specialize in fusing traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. You might start with tempura prawns fried with brandy and topped with a garlic butter sauce, or grilled prawns with a tequila mayonnaise. For your main course, try the rolled rump of lamb, stuffed with a farce of chicken and served with a spinach puree and a crisp mushroom cigar. End your meal with the Fusion Seven Deadly Sins, a selection of seven small desserts incorporating flavors of honey, chocolate, liqueur, coconut, assorted fruits, and citrus.

Saskia Restaurant is located in the five-star Fusion Boutique Hotel and can seat up to 240 guests. The restaurant has themed private dining rooms that are perfect for intimate birthday parties or romantic evenings.
